PROFILE

Clare McIntyre has just turned 12 years old in 2008 and already Clare is making her presence felt in the sport of Ice Skating. The Bristol National Open Winner at Level 5 Ladies last year, Clare went on to take no less than three medals at the NI National Open C'Ships in May 2007 taking a Gold, Silver and Bronze in three different categories. One of the countries most prolific medallists for her age and level Clare is well on the way to the top!

ACCOLADES

In 2007 Clare was nominated for the Special Award Category (because of her young age) at the Ards Borough Sports Awards and came Runner-up in the category, she was then nominated by the Committee for the Junior Award as well making her one of the youngest in this category.

CURRENT PROJECTS

In 2008 Clare travelled over to Newcastle, England and met the cast of Dancing on Ice and mingled and chatted with Olympic legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.

Clare is available for shows, exhibitions and rink openings and has extensive experience in this field. She is currently in training for futher tests and qualification for the British Championships 2009. In June she travelled to Belgium to train with World and Olympic Master Coach - Vera Vandeceyve. Clare has just qualified for the next stage of Dancing on Ice - Make me a Star!
